Mayor Bowser to Affirm District’s Record Commitment to Affordable Housing Production at Ribbon-Cutting for Riggs Crossing Senior Residences

(Washington, DC)– Today, Wednesday, April 30 at 12:00 p.m., Mayor Muriel Bowser will cut the ribbon on Riggs Crossing Senior Residences, a new, 93-unit senior affordable housing in Ward 4. At the event, the Mayor will announce her Fiscal Year 2026 budget proposal’s investment toward supporting and producing affordable housing in the District.
