Mayor Bowser to Mark Historic Milestone for Barry Farm-Hillsdale Community with Ribbon Cutting of The Asberry and Groundbreaking of The Edmonson

(Washington, DC) – On Thursday, November 21 at 11 am, Mayor Muriel Bowser will be joined by residents, community members, and District officials to celebrate the grand opening of The Asberry, the first on-site building delivered at Barry Farm under the New Communities Initative and the first to house former Barry Farm residents. As part of the event, officials will also break ground on The Edmonson, the second building to be delivered on-site.
