Mayor Bowser Encourages Residents to Kick Off the New Year with a Virtual and Socially Distanced #FITDC Fresh Start 5K

(Washington, DC) – Mayor Muriel Bowser is inviting residents to celebrate the New Year with the 7th Annual #FITDC Fresh Start 5K, which will be held virtually for the first time. Instead of gathering at one location, residents are encouraged to run or walk in their neighborhood, at a DC Public Schools (DCPS) or a DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) track, or along a suggested route available through the sign-up portal.
