Mayor Bowser to Announce New Year-Round Partnership Focused on Violent Crime

(Washington, DC) – On Friday, February 18, at 11 am, Mayor Muriel Bowser and DC Police Chief Robert J. Contee, III will announce a new year-round partnership focused on driving down violent crime in targeted neighborhoods. The new partnership, which will bring together DC government agencies, community organizations, and federal and local law enforcement agencies, will build off the success of the Fall and Summer Crime Prevention Initiatives.
